Since 1999, during Masters week, the City of Augusta has hosted the “Mayors Masters Reception.” Golf enthusiasts from around the world join thousands of area residents to recognize the greats of golf and others who have made significant contributions to the game. Augusta’s River Region has long embraced the Masters® Tournament and our visiting golf patrons. We are honored to continue to recognize the game in this way.
Sunday, April 2, 2023, we are excited to return to the Augusta Common for the Mayors Masters Reception. The VIP Reception begins at 4PM at Sacred Heart Cultural Center. The Augusta Common will open at 5: 00 p.m. This year's even will feature live entertainment, food vendors, a fireworks show sponsored by Windsor Jewelers, and other activities.
