Investigators had been looking for Tyquain Paige Freeman (a B/M 25 years of age from the 2500 block of Cascade Dr) in reference to the shooting of Stephen Edward Moton (a B/M 24 years of age from the 1300 block of Marks Church Rd) which occurred on Sunday May 14th a 3:55 P.M. on the 2900 block of Dahlia Dr. Freeman was originally being sought on charges of Aggravated Assault and was arrested on Sunday May 21st for those charges. Moton had died as a result of his injuries on May 16th and was sent to the GBI MEO for an autopsy. As a result of the autopsy, Freeman’s charges have been upgraded to Murder.
