Target's popular "Hyde and Eek" Halloweenboutique is packed and they have it all!!! But perhaps the coolest thing from TEAM TARGET this year involves its continued efforts toward being inclusive. I am loving the costumes for kids with disabilities and sensory sensitivities. People in wheelchairs often get very creative when it comes to incorporating their chairs into costumes, but this year, Target has got the covered!
