The 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards winners have finally been revealed! Winners in each category were announced over Labor Day Weekend during an on-air and social media special featuring acceptance speeches from the biggest artists of the year:
Best New Pop Artist: Lizzo
Hip-Hop Artist of the Year: Drake
R&B Song of the Year: “No Guidance” - Chris Brown featuring Drake – WINNER
R&B Artist of the Year: HER
Chadwick Boseman has died and a tribute to the actor is People magazine and Entertainment Weekly’s cover stories this week. Boseman died late last week of colon cancer after a four year battle with the disease. His Black Panther Director and Co-writer, Ryan Coogler, confirmed this means Boseman had the disease the entire time they’ve known each other. Tributes flowed in for the actor ranging from President & First Lady Barack & Michelle Obama, Disney Executive Chairman Bob Iger and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Boseman made the most of his years. The award winning actor died with his wife and family by his side and was 43- years old.
Neicy Nash has taken a wife and almost broke the internet. She’s 50 years old and this is her third marriage to R&B Inspirational Singer Jessica Betts. Now folks were shocked because it’s been less than a year since Nash divorced her second husband Jay Tucker. People assumed they were happy because Nash turned author and wrote a book on relationships. Nash was married to Tucker for 9 years. Nash’s first marriage was to a minister named Don Nash that lasted 13 years, and they had three children together. Now Nash and her wife Betts went on the internet with the phrase Love Wins and shook all who had no clue. 28-year old Jessica Betts met Nash on the set of Nash’s series CLAWS. Nash says she’s living her truth.
