Uncle Steve and The Crew Talk Kanye, Nick Cannon + Takeoff's Murderers

The president and vice president of the United States have weighed in on Kanye West’s tirades on social media. Over the weekend, Kanye made a string of antisemitic remarks on the “Infowars” program. Kanye praised Adolf Hitler and his denial of the Holocaust and he criticized political leaders for not doing the same. President Biden took to Twitter less than 24 hours after Kanye made his statements. Biden tweeted: “I just want to make a few things clear: The Holocaust happened. Hitler was a demonic figure. And instead of giving it a platform, our political leaders should be calling out and rejecting antisemitism wherever it hides. Silence is complicity.”

Vice President Kamala Harris echoed the president’s sentiments in her own tweet: “Praising Hitler and denying the Holocaust is vile, appalling and must be condemned. Our Administration will continue to stand up against antisemitism and the epidemic of hate.”

Nick Cannon was hospitalized with pneumonia after performing to a sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden with his Wild’n Out TV show. Nick posted a selfie on Instagram from his hospital bed with the caption: “I promised myself I would never be back at this place again… But this is a great lesson to take care of YOU or YOU won’t be able to take care of everyone else.” Nick stated that it was just pneumonia, nothing he can’t handle. He also said he didn’t need any well wishes or prayers, just some solid rest. We hope that you get well soon, Nick… your 12th child is on the way!

A month after rapper Takeoff, from Migos, was murdered at a downtown Houston bowling alley, Houston’s chief of police has announced that two arrests have been made in the murder case. Thirty-three-year-old Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested and he is charged with murder. Twenty-two year old Cameron Joshua was also arrested and charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon.
