An off-duty Richmond County Officer has been shot on Windsor Spring Road. Police are looking for 17 year old Naeem Rashad Caldwell in connection with the shooting. He is presumed armed and dangerous.
Reports are that the deputy was in surgery but their is no update on his condition.
