Richmond County Deputy Eugene Danner has resigned after running into a speed limit sign Saturday morning and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane and DUI for alcohol. Documents say he hit the roadway and the sign, and later hit a driveway culvert. WRDW News 12/ NBC is also following the story.
