The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public's help in locating a suspect in connection with a sexual battery incident that occured this weekend.
The incident occurred at Circle K on 499 Highland Ave on Saturday, according to reports.
According to the victim, on Saturday at around 2:30 a.m., she was in the store when an unidentified man came into the store, brushed past her as he walked toward the back of the store.
He later came up from behind her and grabbed her by her buttocks, lifted her up and pressed her against the counter.
She told deputies that he then walked out of the store in an unknown direction.
